Location: This position will be based at the Kimaya Fiji Head Office, Votualevu, Nadi.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate must be able to:
- Manage event logistics, orders, running sheets and group reports.
- Plan and coordinate wedding functions, receptions and events, including proposals, itineraries, timelines and schedules.
- Achieve sales targets and reconcile sales revenue with Accounts.
- Work flexible hours, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail and sensitivity to different religious practices.
- Provide creative décor ideas and liaise with suppliers and vendors.
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- A tertiary qualification in Weddings and Events, Food and Beverage or a related field.
- Fluent in written and spoken English with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Creative, energetic and target-driven with an eye for current colours, palettes and design trends.
- At least three years’ experience in a similar role.
- A team player with a clean police clearance.
- A driver’s license is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Safely operate electric coaches on designated routes.
- Transport hotel guests safely and professionally.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Monitor vehicle charging requirements and report any charging or technical issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the coach.
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests at all times.

Requirements:
